Delivery Time-scale
Orders placed for goods that are in stock will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders that are out of stock will generally be dispatched within 5 - 10 working days, but there is no guarantee. If there is a problem with your order at anytime we will inform you via email.

When you place your order you pay a single delivery charge (unless Free-Post) which is based on the value of your order or the number of items in your order. To save waste, orders placed at the same time will be sent together. Sometimes, however, your orders may be sent separately depending on availability. This will be at no extra cost to yourself. Please be aware that we also reuse delivery boxes where possible.

Duplicate orders
If you have received a duplicate order that wasn't ordered originally, please call us, or email us to make sure that you haven't been charged for the goods. If we request that items are to be returned then we will arrange collection at our own cost.

Returns, Refunds And Exchanges

Unwanted Goods
You have every right to change your mind when purchasing with Journey Tea Company. Should you change your mind once you have received the goods purchased you will have 14 days in which they may be returned an unopened and unused product. Journey Tea Company will only refund the goods once they have been received at our head-office and providing the goods are returned in the same condition received. Unwanted goods are to be returned at the customers own risk and cost. Unfortunately the following cannot be returned unless damaged:

Products can only be returned once an authorisation code has been issued by our head-office team. Once authorisation has been given, you will receive a code via email usually within 48 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the goods received form Journey Tea Company are not what you ordered, or are damaged, please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

We will happily provide you with a full refund if the items are reported within 7 days. After 7 (and up to 28d days) a replacement product will be provided.

Please note: In the event that the damaged or incorrect product(s) is replaced and the original product(s) does not arrive back to our head-office within a 14 day period we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement item.
